Dillon was just 24 years old when he collapsed and died while playing the sport he loved.

Shockingly, almost two young lives are lost to SADS every week in Ireland, and athletes are most at risk.
Cardiac screenings can help prevent SADS, and the Dillon Quirke Foundation is bringing these life-saving screenings to young sports players all over Ireland and avocating for change withing Irish sport.

In the two years since the Foundation launched, almost 20,000 young athletes have had their hearts screened through the Dillon Quirke National Cardiac Screening Program. Hundreds have been referred for further care, and scores of young lives have been saved across the country.

But we still need your help.
Ways you can get involved
Thank you
“Our work would not be possible without the support of people across the country. We are very grateful to all those who have donated to and supported the Foundation since our establishment, and we want to continue to raise funds to allow us to expand our reach and grow our free screening programme.”
- Dan Quirke, Dillon’s Dad and Founder of the Dillon Quirke Foundation
